What Can I Do For You?

• I will give you professional advice throughout the construction process. Which includes advice on pricing, loans, upgrades, contract, construction, inspections and closing!

• I will help coordinate phased inspections to insure the builder build's to TREC's standards.

• The builder’s salesperson will tell you that sales prices are firm, and advise you to use one of their lenders. This is not always the case and may not be in your best interest. 

 

You, the buyer may not realize…

• The builder pays my commission! Builders have a sales commission allocated in the price of the home. If a buyer does not use an agent, the builder retains the commission!

• You also may not know that the builder is not required to have a licensed agent working for them, and most do not.  When you hire your own Realtor you will be hiring a licensed agent who represents you, not the builder!

The builder's interest is protected by their sale's representative, I protect yours!
